The selection process this time has been a tough challenge for the ten evaluating coaches, given the fine margins between these talented players. The Victory League is currently holding Gothia Cup trials for 12 talented players to represent The Victory League and Taiwan at the World Youth Cup. The trials are at Kaohsiung Nazhih Football Stadium where 157 players are vying for 28 spots, with final selections made by Peter Kennedy of from Scottish giants Rangers FC and 8 local coaches.
