Tainan DMC F.C.

Established in 2012, the "Tainan Dongmencheng Football Club (DMC)" takes its name from the esteemed national monument "Dongmencheng" situated in Tainan's eastern district. What began with a modest gathering of 20 children for a small camp has blossomed into today's Tainan Dongmencheng Football Club. As a grassroots sports organization, it has erected its own sports field and undertaken various initiatives in children's sports to enhance their soccer education and life skills. By crafting professional football programs, it collaborates with leading universities and colleges to prepare and engage in football competitions.

Dedicated to shaping Taiwanese soccer culture, the Tainan Dongmencheng Football Club warmly welcomes all football enthusiasts, regardless of age, gender, or background, to become part of the Dongmencheng family!

The club's emblem features a football at its core, adorned with the green phoenix tree leaf, emblematic of Tainan City, and the red roof of Dongmencheng as accent hues. Enclosed within the "O" is a hexagonal brick, symbolizing football and signifying the club's steadfast dedication to fostering children's soccer and preserving the enduring narrative of the local community.

Fitness Factory

Fitness Factory is Taiwan's first publicly listed sports service company. Since its establishment in 2006, Fitness Factory has not only created a high-quality sports environment and promoted a sports culture but continuously experiments and innovates, bringing many new business elements to the sports industry.
Starting from the end of 2020, Fitness Factory held the first Fitness Factory Cup Youth Soccer Championship. The event took place at the Kaohsiung National Stadium, providing children with the opportunity to participate in matches in a premium envirnment. It also offered substantial prizes to winning teams, encouraging victorious teams from all over Taiwan. In the third edition of the event, held at the end of February 2023, it was hosted for the first time at the newly completed Nanzi Football Stadium. The comfortable venue and viewing spaces received high praise from participants including players, coaches, and parents. The Fitness Factory Cup has become a benchmark youth soccer event throughout Taiwan.
The founder of Fitness Factory, Mr. Chen Shang-wen, has been involved in soccer since his student days. Fueled by his passion for soccer, in late 2022, Fitness Factory officially acquired the operating rights for the newly completed Nanzi Football Stadium. With the goal of cultivating soccer as Taiwan's new national sport and rooting soccer deeply in Taiwan, Fitness Factory exclusively introduced the LaLiga youth training system. They also established the Taiwan LaLiga Football Schools to comprehensively cooperate in player development and youth training programs, aiming to build a Taiwanese youth training system, elevate the standard of Taiwanese soccer, and aspire to send more Taiwanese talents to LaLiga professional teams in the future.
In addition to organizing the Fitness Factory Cup Youth Soccer Championship, acquiring the rights to the Nanzi Football Stadium, and introducing the LaLiga Football Schools, Mr. Chen Shang-wen also recognizes the importance of a sound league structure as a fundamental basis for the development of young players. Thus, after discussions with Michael Chandler and Daniel Calvert, founders of the MFA Football Club, who have been organizing the Victory League in Taipei for many years, Mr. Chen Shang-wen decided to integrate resources.

beU Sports & Entertainment

Stanley Shih, the organizer of the 2023 Formosa Rice National Youth Cup Soccer Championship, is not only a father of a soccer player but also an enthusiastic promoter of the sports industry. He, along with his team including beU Sports & Entertainment and Footwing Sports Marketing, will be actively involved in the Victory League, overseeing the league's events in the Taoyuan, Hsinchu, and Miaoli areas.
The 2023 Formosa Rice National Youth Cup Soccer Championship held at the end of June in Hsinchu County displayed a remarkable level of dedication and effort from Stanley Shih. The quality and standards of the entire tournament left a lasting impression on all participants—players, parents, and coaches. Many coaches and parents expressed that through the Formosa Rice Cup, they saw a new hope for Taiwanese soccer. The children themselves participated in a high-level soccer extravaganza.
During his college years, Stanley specialized in golf, and his passion for the sports industry has always been strong. When his own child began participating in soccer training and matches, he recognized the need to elevate the grassroots level of soccer events in Taiwan.
In 2022, Stanley organized the first Formosa Bento Cup Youth Soccer Invitational, and this year, he collaborated more closely with the Football Association to host the Formosa Rice Cup National Youth Soccer Championship. These two events not only allowed all participating players, coaches, and parents to experience a tremendous sense of competition honor but also helped everyone understand that grassroots-level soccer tournaments in Taiwan could attain such high standards.
At the end of April this year, through an introduction by Mr. Chen Shang-wen, the founder of Fitness Factory, Stanley met with Michael Chandler and Daniel Calvert, founders of MFA that has been organizing the Victory League in Taipei for several years. After discussions, Stanley recognized the significance of the league, particularly the crucial transition between the ages of 12 and 14. As a result, he decided to contribute his resources, network, knowledge, and experience to become the organizing team of the Victory League, responsible for the events in the Taoyuan, Hsinchu, and Miaoli areas. He also plans to host the national finals of the Victory League in Hsinchu in the future.

KICKSTART FOOTBALL CLUB

Coach Lukas, from the Czech Republic, was once a semi-professional soccer player and has been in Taiwan for 11 years. In 2013, he founded the KICKSTART club. In 2018, he led club members to the Czech Republic for training and exchange, offering a fresh perspective to the club's players.
Starting in 2022, Coach Lukas began assisting with Victory League events in the Taichung region. In the upcoming 2023/24 season, Coach Lukas and KICKSTART will be responsible for the Victory League in the Changhua and Taichung districts.
Coach Lukas places a strong emphasis on whether children can truly enjoy themselves while participating in training and matches. He believes that in the process of engaging in soccer, winning or losing isn't the most crucial aspect. Instead, the life experiences gained through sports are the most valuable.
Coach Lukas also anticipates that through the promotion of the Victory League, more young players who love soccer can participate in the league, deriving pleasure and challenge from the sport.

Leveraging their extensive network and relationships within the UK football industry, over the course of two decades, they have guided more than 10,000 young soccer athletes. Through interactions with European professional teams and football clubs, they have provided Taiwanese young soccer players with development opportunities and experience. MFA's close partnership with the Scottish Premiership team Rangers Football Club is a significant milestone.
Furthermore, MFA operates an exclusive football facility in Taipei. Throughout the last two decades, their endeavors within Taiwan's soccer sector have captured Volkswagen's interest. This led to the formal establishment of a notable partnership between MFA and Volkswagen, united in their commitment to advancing the growth of Taiwan's soccer industry.
MFA’s main objective is to develop confident and creative young players who have self-belief and the right attitude. Placing great emphasis on good sportsmanship, teamwork, respect of others and leadership on and off the pitch.
Daniel and Michael, two of the original founders, express that expanding the Victory League to all four regions in the 2023-2024 season is a critical breakthrough.
